Absolutely. You are not required to have your labs checked prior to receiving an infusion, but if there are vitamin deficiencies that you would like to check for we have full lab testing available in office. Results are available in 48 hours.

We understand things happen, and require that all appointments be canceled 24 hours in advance. We do not provide refunds, but will have be happy to help you reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time as long as you cancel 24 hours in advance.

In addition, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. No call/no shows will not be rescheduled and you will not be refunded. Please be considerate of my time and the time of other clients.

In the extenuating circumstances where a refund is granted, processing fees will not be refunded. This is policy of square and our company doesn't control this.

When cancelling, please call office. Texts are not allowed when canceling appointments.

We have no problem with changing the type of treatment you receive, but let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure that we have that treatment available in stock.
